James Dubois, a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years, is Senior Partner of accountancy firm Body Dubois. James, co-founder of Clairville York, is a director/chairman of several companies and advises clients on a wide range of topics, mainly centred around the creation of wealth and the development of tax strategies.

For recreation James plays squash (particularly doubles), lawn tennis and an occasional game of backgammon. He sings close harmony regularly as the bass in The Windsor Barbershop Chorus, known as the Royal Harmonics. James is married with two adult daughters, and lives in Epsom, Surrey. He has recently completed his Joint Honours Degree in English Literature and American History with the Open University.

Leslie Sharpe, previously Head of Financial Services for a Legal 500 law firm for 13 years and a Director of SIFA, co-founded Clairville York in 2001.

He holds a number of advanced financial planning qualifications, has over 25 years experience providing advice to clients of professional firms and is aiming for Chartered Financial Planner status.

Leslie is married and lives in London, not far from his favourite football team Chelsea. He is a keen motor sport fan and is still learning Italian!

Graham Tiffin has been with Clairville York since it was established in November 2001 and has over 20 years financial services industry experience having previously spent 12 years in retail management.

He holds a number of advanced financial planning qualifications and is aiming for Chartered Finacial Planner status.

Graham is married and has two adult children. He lives in Sevenoaks and when he is not making his way up and down the M25 spends his spare time renovating houses.

Matthew’s career in financial services began in 1975, gaining the Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) in 1989. Since 1990 Matthew has successfully completed several of the Advanced Financial Planning qualifications.

Matthew and Sandra, married since June 1984, have two teenage children, Jonathan and Melanie. Matthew and Sandra enjoy ballroom and latin dancing, although a mixture of exasperation and amusement always meets Matthew’s lack of ability to keep the beat!

Matthew is a keen sportsman. Since taking up cross country running, football and cricket have taken a back seat. Matthew is a member of the South London Harriers Club, enjoying both cross country and road running. He is also a keen skier.

Andrew joined the firm in September 2008 and has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Clairville York he was Head of Financial Services for 6 years for a Legal 500 Law firm based in Bromley. He holds a number of advanced financial planning qualifications and is now aiming for Chartered status.

Andrew has lived with his partner, Gina, since 1987, settling in Bromley in 1991. His main hobby is trying to keep fit by running, cycling and going to the gym. He also enjoys cooking and would like to say he is competent at DIY – but sadly he isn’t!

David Kiddell joined the Financial Services industry in 1969! After a long and successful career with a top life assurance company and following the changes affecting the industry, David became an Independent Adviser in 2001 setting up his own business to continue working with his longstanding clients.

In 2010 David joined Clairville York to secure the long term relationships with his clients. He sees CY as offering those clients a full range of financial advice and expertise long into the future.

Married with 3 grown up children and 1 grandchild, David's hobbies are golf (playing) and rugby (watching these days).

Krystal first joined the Financial Services Industry after leaving school to become an Administrator for a Life Assurance Company and steadily progressed through to Management level.  With her experience she went on to join a Specialist Recruitment Agency for the Financial Services industry and then to work for a Property Developer.

She has now returned to the Financial Services Industry to continue on the path that she first started and is eager to complete the Chartered Institutes Certificate in Financial Planning.

Krystal is keen on keeping fit by visiting the gym and by setting herself personal goals.  In 2007 Krystal cycled from London to Paris for charity and is hoping to achieve another goal by running a half marathon this year.   Krystal also enjoys visiting new places abroad and listening to live music.

Katherine is relatively new to the Financial Services industry but comes from an administration background and has bundles of enthusiasm. She has successfully completed the first four modules of the Chartered Institutes Certificate in Financial Planning.

Katherine is a keen pianist and singer and intends to start learning the guitar before the year is out. She is also starting a certificate in music with the Open University in February and hopes to develop this interest into a professional hobby.

Her other interests include reading, going to the gym and following the Arsenal football scores !
